Auction Procedure:
*Please note that there is no interior viewing of the auction house
*It is recommended that bidders conduct self-investigation (observation) from outside
*The property will be sold as is

Auction Guide
1) Please check the auction house from the outside according to its complete address
2) If you decide to bid, please provide the bidder
Full name, Ic copy (for registration)
3) Obtain auction notices through Agent and conduct land surveys on auctioned houses (if necessary, consult Agent)
4) Prepare a draft or online transfer of 10% of the reserve price to the auctioneer’s account.
5) You can send a representative if it is inconvenient to attend the auction. You need to fill in the authorization letter
6) Attend the auction on time on the day of the auction / bid online
7) The successful bidder needs to add 10% of the difference
8) Unsuccessful bidders: Bank draft will be refunded immediately
Online Transfer requires two working days to refund
9) The winning bidder can arrange a bank loan (up to 90% of the final bid price) **The balance needs to be paid in 90/120 days
